Day 2
Today we are looking at the wr digraph! It makes a /r/ sound, just like our kn and gn the first letter is silent.
Read the words and spot where the digraph is found, then read the sentence and fill in the correct word.
As an extra challenge you could practice writing the words.
Listen to Greta and the Giants again. Now imagine you joined Greta holding a sign. What would it say? How could you convince the Giants to stop and listen?
Can you use any of the conjunctions you found yesterday in your poster?

Now try these number sentences:
Small Steps... | I can have a go... | Challenge myself... |
11 + 3 = | 42 + 16 = | 28 + 25 = |
10 + 4 = | 24 + 32 = | 34 + 42 = |
17 + 1 = | 26 + 15 = | 67 + 24 = |
12 + 5 = | 37 + 5 = | 54 + 37 = |
15 + 4 = | 46 + 11 = | 73 + 16 = |
13 + 3 = | 33 + 27 = | 81 + 18 = |
14 + 4 = | 46 + 15 = | 65 + 27 = |
15 + 2 = | 22 + 29 = | 59 + 34 = |
