We want to work as a partnership with you and are proud of our open door policy. We ask that you please do not let small issues build, so please try and speak to someone  if you have any issues you wish to speak about. 

Each class has a class email address. This is not monitored during teaching hours, so if you have an urgent message, please contact the School Office to ensure a message is received. The format of our class email address are:

Information on the curriculum for your child's year group can be found on the class pages on this website. This is where you can also find information about reading, home learning, PE and swimming timetables (for children at HPJS)

We are very aware of not wanting to bombard you with too many emails throughout the week. Therefore we run a Communication Day on Thursday's. All events can also be found on the school calendar on the website, and reminders are posted on our official Facebook page. 

Please be reassured that should an urgent communication need to be made to you, this will still take place regardless of the day of the week.

MyChildAtSchool

In order to book our Wrapround Care, school trips and a slot at our Parent's Evenings, we use an app called MyChildAtSchool

Once your child is on roll with us, you will receive an email with a login link to set up an account. Please do contact us if you are struggling to login.
