Overview for today's learning
Phonics
Please have a go at reading the following words. Each word contains the 'wh' digraph where it is making the 'w' phoneme (today's sound). Once you have had a go at reading the words, please have a go at writing them. Don't forget to say the word and then segment it using your segmenting fingers.
English
Please watch the videos and then have a go at writing a sentence for each of the pictures using a verb + the -ed suffix from yesterday. E.g. The boy pushed the boat into the sea. Remember to look at the picture, think of your sentence, say your sentence, and then have a go at writing it. Don't forget your capital letter, finger spaces, full stop and best handwriting!
