THE HILLARY PARTNERSHIP

The Hillary Partnership is a multi-academy partnership based in Poole. The partnership enables local schools to work together to develop a strong education for all our children. This partnership working is embedded through a variety of ways: Headteacher forums, Leader networks, joint action plans, joint staff development opportunities and the sharing of expertise and resources.

Collaboration: We believe that improving the quality of education relies upon effective collaboration between schools and their local communities. Building capacity, increasing economies of scale and sharing best practice allows us to ensure we are forward thinking, robust and resilient.

Whole Child: Through caring environments that support all learners, whatever their natural talents, we enable children to develop into well informed, motivated young people, confident in themselves and aware of their role as citizens in today’s society.
